About the Module Information System

This module information system has been developed by the Programming Languages and Compiler Construction Group at the Kiel University. It is the main tool of the Department of Computer Science to document and plan the lectures of the institute.

The module information system is implemented in the declarative multi-paradigm language Curry and exploits various declarative programming techniques and tools developed by the research group during the last years. Thus, the system is also a testbed for the practical application of research in declarative programming. In particular, the implementation is based on the ideas described in the following research papers:
