The paper discusses novel and challenging applications of information systems in business and everyday life. It addresses emerging information system technologies, how they evolve, how to identify them and effect of international, political, social, economical, and cultural factors on them.
The student will get an insight into real application systems and learn how to handle these systems, how they evolve and how to cope with necessary changes. The paper provides an understanding of both technical or technological and managerial issues, as well as strategic implications of emerging information systems technologies and issues.
